We have coaches who host on the daily and you can find more on this on the group shout. Our class difficulties vary from Novice all the way to Elite, where you can earn a different amount of APs depending on whether you have passed or not. APs are points which you earn once you pass a class. If you earn a certain amount of APs you will be able to rank up in the group.
