We're here to show, in one place and in plain terms, how much every Roblox game is played, how it grows and which games are on the rise.

What is RBLXSTAT?

RBLXSTAT is an independent stats and discovery site for Roblox games. It regularly measures games' live player counts, total visits, favorites and likes, and keeps every measurement so it can show each game's player chart, records and growth trend. We track 68,265 games right now, with 14,874,465 people playing them in total.

What you can do

  • Genres and Communities: browse by genre and developer.
  • Live and historical player charts, badge rarity, game pass prices and server status on game pages.
  • Save your favorites with a free account and get notified when games you follow are updated or break a record.
  • Add a game that's missing and we'll start measuring it right away.

How we collect data

All data is collected from Roblox's public pages and services. We don't collect any player's personal data; we only measure game-level totals.

  • Discovery: we find new games automatically through Roblox's Discover charts, search results, developers' other games and by scanning newly released games. Users can add games too.
  • Measurement frequency: we sort games into tiers by popularity. The most popular games are measured every minute, mid-sized ones every 8 minutes, and less played ones every hour, day or week. As a game grows it gets measured more often.
  • Storage: measurements are kept in a time-series database (TimescaleDB) and never deleted; older data is compressed, and hourly and daily summaries are calculated automatically.
  • Accuracy: the live player count is the value Roblox reports. A “record” is the highest value we've measured; it may not include peaks from before we started tracking a game.

Terms

  • Active / live players: the number of people in the game at the same time right now.
  • Visits: how many times the game has been started since it launched.
  • Favorites: the number of people who favorited the game on Roblox.
  • Like ratio: likes as a share of all likes and dislikes.
  • Record (peak): the highest concurrent player count we've measured.
  • Universe ID: a game's permanent ID on Roblox; one game can have several “places”.
